The system of countermeasures to cibercrimes is created and actively functions in Russia. It has its basis in activity of special departments of the Ministry of Interior of Russian Federation (also known as “K” line), flexible regulatory and legal framework and HR preparation system. This work is realizing in tough collaboration with governmental and commercial structures and, above all, telecommunication operators and Internet service providers. The efficiency of this serious and important work depends on the active position in development of new organizational and technical methods and countermeasure ways to cibercrimes.
In recent month of 2009 “K” services opened from 50 to 100 cases every week, what illustrates the big scale of the problem. In this aspect TTK’s initiative is worth for attention because of its law-enforcement and social direction. TTK company did much in this direction in past. The fact, that the company doesn’t stop on the achieved results affirms the seriousness of TTK’s intentions in the countermeasures to cibercrime.

In the XXI-st century all information environment of society is radically changed, modern info-communication of technology become an integral part of a new epoch of development of humanity. But at the same time the quantity of risks which are born by their use grows also. It is a problem of global scale, and the world community at the highest international level discusses questions of maintenance of cyber-safety. The important direction of this activity is counteraction to swindle on telecommunication operator’s networks.
